A focused UX audit and remediation engagement. We review the product against usability heuristics, map the drop-off points, and deliver annotated fixes — not a deck, an implementation spec. For teams that want to move immediately, we own the remediation directly in React or Angular components.

Live data flows in, the UI locks up, and the team blames the framework. The actual cause is usually a stack of small mistakes — re-rendering ancestors, unstable callbacks, charts that haven't been tuned for the data they're showing, and a streaming pipeline that doesn't batch.
